This fiesty sliggoo messed with the wrong sea dragon! Kolayoail has gone too far! Hewlett, stop her!

This also marks the first public sighting of my noo character, Kolayoail! She can swim in the air and oxygenate water! Her hide pattern isn't final though. Hewlett still has to learn how to do spots and stripes and stuff. Any help would be most appreciated.
