Performance while under the watchful eye of the Korps rarely goes unrewarded. Command had been interested in Ingrid's steadfast devotion to her duties and her absolutely unbelievable performance for months; Counselor Dakós scooped her up the moment she believed that the officer was 'ready' for civil control, and jealously kept other agencies away from her until that point. Her new unit answers directly to the Counselor herself, operating in such strict secrecy that most of its activities are kept outside of the Korps RCG network entirely. Anything she requires is requisitioned without question, though to date this has amounted to little more than a new, custom-fitted and custom-tuned visor.

Her newfound enthusiasm and almost religious zeal for her new post has taken most of her fellow agents aback. Even the Counselor herself has to admit that she didn't exactly Ingrid to figuratively leap into her arms quite like she has, though having a woman who is too willing and capable at her job is a wonderful change of pace. All Ingrid needed was a firm hand on her shoulder to guide that unstoppable energy into more productive channels; one would be surprised how many social problems can be solved by creative application of a woman with the approximate dimensions of a bulldozer.

Before you ask, nobody told her to get those markings, and realistically she shouldn't be quite so proud to show them off.
