A very early comic for the Koko universe. That character is Count Scorpio, who used to be common in the very early Kokos I've drawn for the Smallbug Comics mini-comics, but I dropped him once the webcomic started due to how unpopular he was with the readers. That said, I like this particular comic (written by Colin McCaughan), so I'm posting it here.

While I erased Scorpio from Koko, he does make cameos now and then in my other stuff. He sometimes shows up as Cat's owner in Ask a Cat, and a version of him appears as one of Jackson's bullies in The Fuzzy Princess (with a different name).
