Based loosely off of the DnD chaos dragons from the Draconomicon 3.5, my version for my worlds.

I still attest it looks better then the original DnD design HERE and I am rather proud of it. After much following of the rules and such I finally decided to say "screw it" and do it my way! Looks great :D
