Back in the days of IRC and Newsgroups, a channel was made called #AFD which represented Alt.Fan.Dragons
It was a popular place where folks socialized and RP'ed their Dragon side. There were some non-dragons there too.
This picture was made by one of those residents. She went by the name of FireEyes Tailchaser. I know a couple of folks who I am still in touch with today!
I guess this was a time before my horns grew out =)
No, I don't recall what the deal with the scroll was.
