hello! I thought I'd offer a critique, since you had requested one.

here's a few things I thought you did really nice.
the "pose" the wings are in feel very organic, especially how they're "folded". the whole picture feels smooth, and the eyes really pop out in a very nice way. clouds in the background are simple, yet very easily recognizable as clouds, and help frame the gryphon in the center. the ram horns also, kinna "fold" around the head pretty nicely, it looks very natural and not out of place.

here's some things I think that could be improved.
the legs are kinda odd, the front ones, especially the right one, look lumpy and too round. the right back leg also feels like it should be, very slightly, visible, or well at least the paw. the left wing also feels a tad bit far from the body. last thing I can think of really is that the beak is the same exact colour as the background, which makes it feel like it's "blending in", in a sense.

all in all, it is a very nice piece, I had to nitpick a bit to give some possible improvements.
