There was an air of pandemonium hovering about the city this morning. Courtesy of last night's howling winds, a few salvaged islands and debris had broken free of their moorings. Floating menacingly inside the harbour, a good chunk of the coastal buildings were evacuated as a precaution. There is a price to pay for having fancy houses with a good view over the ocean after all. On a happy note: no collisions reported throughout the night with minor chafing on a few ships.
