This guy was made up a while ago for a challenge over at conceptart.org they have a weekly challenge and this was a goblin assassin one. I named him Mr. Jingles a jester for the king as well as his favorite killer.
"Beware the goblin jester Jingles... beware his smiling knife... for those who oppose the King... will be dead within a night."
Didn't get much feed back on the actual site, seems like most of my work that I have posted on there doesn't get much attention... oh well I can't believe I didn't post him on here so I am fixing that now enjoy.
