Moderate for mature theme?

Charles normally has what I like to call an "Extreme Mullet"--there's his half-shaved head, but it also has a long ponytail like extension that hangs over his shoulder. He's very fond of his painfully strange hairdo.

Someone cut off the tail. Now they're asking for it.
