After a cruel passing period of over 6 months since the original art file was created, I finally got this piece finished (hopefully enough to deem it as such).

The indigo raptor is added and finished here, who is playing a tune using an Ocean Ocarina. I like to think he's playing this to the beloved blue draggy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jDSGWFG6r8k
