Private commission for Maundrill

Maundrill wanted something summer-themed pic with my character, Regil, so I come up with this idea! Originally, I planned the background to be much more simple, but I realised I need to prectice how to create painted backgrounds and well, Maundrill is generally a really nice guy, so he deserved to put some extra work into that background - even if it's still a bit simple.
