I commissioned the Deviantart user Simply-Psycho http://simply-psycho.deviantart.com/ for a picture of my OC Seth and I just...aughhh, she's been my favorite artist for years now and I was overjoyed to finally be able to snag a commission. Seriously, if you can ever catch a slot, do so, her art is absolutely incredible.
She does furs as well, and they're just absolutely insane, plus her prices are hella reasonable for how much time she puts into them.
She also gives you a date for when your piece will be done which is super nice because you know exactly when your art is going to be done so you don't end up two months later wondering what the heck is going on. She's possibly one of the nicest artists I've commissioned art from and I would highly recommend her.
