Season of Penance Day 23

The journey has been long but you can see the destination at the very end, unfortunately there is still much to go as well. You can see the beacon at the end cutting through the perpetual cloud cover and straight to the heavens. All throughout these winding path, you see myriad and rusted relics of failed pilgrimages past. It breaks your heart to think how many dreams have died and how many gave up over the course of time but you resolved to continue on. You've made it this far, you have it in you to continue on and reach that summit...

Something of a symbolic/mood piece on my part. I'm over halfway through my penitence but there is still a lot to go. However, I have resolved to keep going and make it to the top of that peak. Decided to try another brunaille piece and think this one turned out much better than the last one.
