This is the first proper drawing I have done in many months and I am very much proud of it. I made this over the course of three layers on a black background using Krita. First layer consisted of basic blocking out with various shades of grey and then the leaves. Second was the branches, and finally was the bird. I decided to go with a sort of Grisaille approach since I feel like I still need to work on my fundamentals before I start getting fancy with colors in future works.
