I just got a new machine. An ASUS T200TA with an Intel HD video adapter. Cycles is much better with an nVidia Card which supports CUDA. Otherwise you have OpenCL which is meant for AMD with minor support for IntelHD. So I took another older work and applied the SmoothToonBalloon shared with some adjustments. The wait wasn't too terrible and this machine will still make a good arting rig on the go.
