This was a huge experiment, in which I attempted to draw a fisher (one of these --> en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fisher_(…@)) as well as try out some new media. It was actually so unbelievably fun, and I really learned a lot~

9"x12", mixed media (ink, watercolour, liquid acrylic stamps) & many, many hours

    That background is absolutely exquisite! Did you end up drawing the fisher from a reference or doing some studies first?

      Thank you very much - the background was definitely a lot of fun to create! :) I studied various photographs of fishers so I understood the anatomy a little better, and then ended up drawing this afterwards.

      Awe, thank you very much! I'm glad you like it - I know I certainly had lots of fun experimenting with my stamps and watercolours to create it!
