FINALLY finished this request from pikachu_lover
I ran into a lot of problems when animating because the file kept getting too big to be an avatar.
So now the text runs really fast.
Slowing down the time per frame isn't a good idea either because IE just ignores it and plays it at standart speed.
And so does Windows.
Microsoft really supports standarts!
