(Jordan is on the left, Lisbeth is on the right. Based off two girls I actually know.)

There's a little story to go along with this.

Jordan stood in the corner of the preschool room apprehensively. Being the new kid, she didn't know anybody, and was too shy to make any friends. "I wish someone would play wif me," she whimpered, sticking her thumb into her mouth.
A teacher noticed the panda cub in the corner. Feeling sorry for the tot, she called over a kitten named Lisbeth, who was the self-appointed class greeter, and had a peculiar panda-like fur scheme.
"Why don't you go over to that girl and make her feel welcome?" the teacher asked Lisbeth, kneeling down to the kitten's level and pointing to the panda cub.
"Okay! Making new friends is fun!" Lisbeth blurted, dashing toward Jordan as quickly as she could.
She stopped right in front of Jordan, not giving her much personal space.
"Ohai! I'm Lisbeth, and I'm the 'ficial class greeter-er," stated Lisbeth, pointing to herself proudly.
Jordan relaxed a little. Finally somebody came to talk to her.
"I-I'm Jordan. I'm new," Jordan said softly.
All of a sudden, Lisbeth's eyes lit up. She realized she was talking to a real, live panda! Lisbeth was convinced that she was a panda also, despite having pointier ears and sharper teeth, because she was indeed a kitten, but her wild imagination never stopped her.
"You're a panda! That's cool! I never meeted 'nother panda here. 'Cause I'm one too y-know? It's in my blood somewhere, even though I'm a kitty," Lisbeth excitedly shouted, taking a deep breath at the end.
Jordan giggled at the silly kitten. She did look very much like a panda, but coming from a whole family of them, she knew Lisbeth wasn't actually a real one.
Before she had to think up a response, Lisbeth grabbed her hand.
"C'mon, new bestest friend. I wanna know what it's like being a for real panda."
