First off, this picture has NOTHING to do with the lyrics to the song by Paul Simon with the same name. It's an inside joke between my mom and I. We know a lady named Vicky, and her husband's name is Julio. My mom said the first time she heard his name, that song went through her head, hence, this drawing went through my head.

Can't tell if the setting is in mid 80's Arizona or Mexico.
EDIT: They are boyfriend and girlfriend in this picture, but husband and wife now.
