She is the current Kirlay of Boquiri. It is said that nothing happens in her country that she doesn't know about. As Kirlay, not only is she the leader of Dextrose, she is the leader of the country. Her word is, quite literally, law.

Calm and tactful, she does not make many public appearances. She is unwed, much to the distaste of her advisers and the excitement of any powerful male in the country. She shows little to no interest in finding a suitor. She is, in fact, uninterested in males. This is something she keeps to herself and she indulges herself only when out of the country.
