Kaerwyn's infamous wishing pool is known for taking any statement that starts with "I wish" and granting it in a twisted fashion.

It should be noted that this effect is VERY tame in comparison to what you'd normally get from the Wishing Pool. Not that Thenyr's enjoying being a squirrel, possibly for up to a week. Sorry, man! Watch what you say!
