My big project for the year. This year, I decided to try something new and it's making an animation.
Since it's my first attempt at animation, I thought I'd start by doing it in a similar style to animating a game sprite but with my drawings. There's a reason for this which will be explained later in the description.

Ultra V faces off against her nemesis, the monstrous Aqua Slug. Unfortunately, she's hit by one of its most devastating attacks and the effects kicked in immediately. And the alien slug doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon...

For those that didn't figure it out, the animation is based on the game "King of the Monsters 2" for the Neo-Geo. The boss monster Aqua Slug has a bubble attack that can inflate the other monsters identical to how Ultra V here got inflated. This is part of the reason why the style is more based on animating a game sprite.

I would like to thank all those who provided feedback throughout the project. Whether it's just seeing if it looks smooth to those with animation experience providing me tips and advice. While this is my first attempt at animation, it certainly wouldn't be my last and I hope I can learn more and improve as I continue making animations.
