In the world of Memoirs there are 10 elements and each with its own aspect. Light represents creation, dark represents rest, wind is movement, water is sustenance, thunder is inspiration, earth is home, fire is warmth, ice is preserving, time is mortality, and nature is law. The most prominent temple of light resides in Aerinia where the main trio of characters grew up, the booming city having quickly filled its walls and instead rising upward rather than outgrow the fortified confines.
