thank you so much! I think some of the fun part is trying to get stuff to look like the subject while remaining at a constrained size. the challenge is the fun part :D

Yeah that's a big challenge for sure. I still need to learn how to do that haha. I always try to draw stuff super huge.

it can be intimidating to get into at first. I actually started editing game sprites when I was young? The tools I used helped me a lot http://www.humanbalance.net/gale/us/ and http://www.aseprite.org/ are my recommendations for tools. Graphics Gale is win only and Aseprite is all platforms. Personally I just prefer Graphic Gale's curve line tool, and then everything else I prefer Aseprite (it also updates frequently so new features are added every few months)

Oh gosh thank you ! I'm gonna try these out asap. I usually use photoshop to animate my pixels and such, but I love trying out new programs.
