This is a really impressive image! I really like the floofiness of the fur. The hair seems a little straighter than I'd think it should be in the wind that you drew, but hey. The background is sorta bland outside of the snow drifts, but I suppose I can see why. The character's pose seems to try and draw the viewer's attention toward whatever their looking at, however. So it is really distracting that the character is just looking toward nothing we can see.

I really love how you drew the character, though. The shading is really nice. But once again, hair. Should be in total disarray. And there should be something to look at where the character is facing.

So, just as a disclaimer. I'm not an artist, or at least, I don't draw. I write. So my critiques may mean little. But you did ask for one, so here's mine!
