Well, Theodore is about 3 feet tall, so his weight should be appropriate here as depicted on that strange oversized supermarket scale. I consider this more symbolic than anything. Theo clearly doesn't know if he should really like it to the point of orgasm, or to be embarassed at his new weight. The out of control glutton has been growing fatter and fatter, after all!
