Consider it as a step-by-step manual assuming near ideal conditions, namely:

• 20GB or bigger HDD
• 512MB of RAM or more
• 1,2GHz single core CPU or better
• some type of (fast) internetconnection

You need: a CD-R medium to write a CD-R image file to.
