The society of the Doggies and their Humans - and a bunch of Snowleopards.
The Reich calls the humans "Traitors", they themselves call themselves "Loyalists" or, a word even more hated by the Reich, "Terrans", although this term usually describes humans and canines of Asgard together.
"Asgardians" is the collective term, including the Snowleopards and, basically, the AI and AC systems of the Habitats.

This is only a low granularity chart which doesn't show the particular powers or jobs of the different institutions in any detail, but gives a few hints on prerequisites, influence and working methods of the Habitats society.

Note:
The finely dotted line does separate the general public, spread over all available habitats, from the Central Command Habitat and it's population.

Note 2:
Following the guidelines of the AC's, the AI's respect and protect all life, avoid however any involvement in biologicals conflicts. However, protection of the habitat and it's AC is paramount for each AI.

Note 3:
Habitat AC's see all life as unique and valuable, as their sole reason for existence is to foster and protect life.
They have, the mindset of a wise mother - inspired from the ancient tigers believe that there was a caring, loving mother watching over all life.
They know that their children will have to experience growing pains, accepting, though with a bit of sadness, that their children might err and misbehave and also become sick and die even.
But, too, they enjoy seeing each of their children discovering it's strength, and finding it's own way in life.
Because of that, they interfere usually only when their own operation is affected or in danger.
They are however also able to kill their offspring if it threatens themselves, although it is a last measure only used when gentler methods fail to work or are too risky.
As a result of such measures they might go catatonic for a while until the management AI stabilizes the AC again.
Worst case scenarios include a write-out of the memories that caused the catatony, and a hard reboot during which the negative memories are cleared, allowing the AC to read the events and it's own decisions once it's up and running again.

AC's default to female mindsets ( Tigers version ), AI's default to neutral ( Worker Drones ) and only seldomly to male mindsets ( specialist robots, maintenance AI )
