Not long after I first met Necro she asked me once for a suggestion of something she should doodle while I was visiting. At the time I had just introduced her to some videos of the highly talented ventriloquist Ronn Lucas and his dragon puppet Scorch. I hadn’t seen any Scorch fanart at the time, so he seemed like a natural choice. I have no idea why I didn’t think to share this image in my gallery until just now. Especially when I had a Scorch icon staring me in the face for years. o.o

Even for a doodle I was very pleased with how this turned out! If I recall correctly, she did this without any real references to draw from. Just her memory from the videos. I guess every green dragon leaves a lasting impression. ;)

Thank you so very much for doing this for me, Necro! Ronn Lucas still remains as my absolute favorite ventriloquist, and Scorch is the biggest reason why. Anyone who hasn’t heard of him should go look up some videos on YouTube. They’re pretty dated, but get over that and enjoy them. :)
