I take it this was drawn on MS? Anyway now for the critique. The black round eyes make the character look cute, but eyes on the first panel look too big. I'd recommend shrinking them down the next time you do a sideways headshot. I like how the buildings in the 2nd panel look 3D, but do make sure the lines from that panel don't run into the others. I can see a bit of the pink building's lines go into the 1st panel and the purple one's going into the 3rd panel. For the 3rd panel, the eyes look better here, but the smile could be smoother. I'd recommend using the curve tool for that, if your program has it. Also, the two right lines above the right eyebrow is crossing over into the 2nd panel above.
