It’s been kind of a rough few months and while things have gotten better and I think I made it through the worst of it already I still wanted to vent so I wrote this poem. It’s about battles we get stuck in the middle, trust and protecting ourselves. It can be hard but there’s still moments of peace between the battles when you and the world let there be.
