So I got back about a day or two ago from a trip I took for family reasons and it was cathartic and definitely needed after everything going on this year and especially last year. Feeling in mostly better spirits now that I got to let go of emotions I’ve been holding onto since last year. Allowed me to write this poem related to all those heavy emotions.
