This is General Arrol Mercutio, one of the two leaders of the Proxous PMC of Madison. A charismatic, experienced, and responsible leader who has served in the military most of his life. He has been with Proxous since its early days about 26 years ago. Also the loving father of Punky and Bishop. This old dog can harshly analyze and exploit the most smallest detail in any plan or operative drill. Beyond enemy lines, or even on the home-front; very, very few things get passed him.

He also has bling out the wazoo! But hey, he's earned every one of them medals! Generals gotta look dapper yo :v

I'm trying to learn to shade and use lighting better. I keep trying and studying that stuff but it always escapes me when I try to apply it lol.
