Jingles is a fun little character I have been toying with recently.

She is a playful Hisuian Growlithe harlequin/jester. After she was pulled into the present time from her ancient past, she gained some mild time manipulation abilities from being exposed to the time stream. She can slow or speed up time around her as well as stop and reverse time. She can't do it for long periods, only a few seconds to a few minutes, but long enough to set up pranks and enhance comedic acrobatics. She can be a bit of a trickster, but she keeps it all in fun.
Jingles is very nimble and athletic, able to perform complex routines with ease.
Jingles is mute but can communicate through exaggerated expressions and through the bells on her outfit.

She was an interesting character to design. I had originally planned on making her a time wizard of sorts. As I was sketching her head, the fluff under her head came out looking a bit like a jester's collar, so I ran with the concept. I think it makes her much more playful and likable. ^,..,^
