These two characters are both from the Chuck E. Cheese franchise. You probably recognize Jasper, but Harmony Howlette was actually an OLD character from Pizza Time Theatre.

Back in those days, there was no Helen Henny. Instead there were several female "guest stars", who were replaced with a new character every year or so. Harmony has to be my favorite so far. It appears she's supposed to be a coyote.

I wish Chuck E. Cheese still had all the characters, and a constant animatronic show, and still did guest stars. It looked like it was so much fun back then.
