i saw this on the "critique requested" section so i thought i'd offer up what little knowledge i gained fro the few inflation/weight gain pics i've done (like this one) and from generally drawing fat bubbly things
one of the crucial parts of drawing shapely shapes like this is establishing where the round parts are in relation to each other, and where they press up against each other and the fat folds inward. when you visualize it it kind of looks like a cluster of soap bubbles. i use a lot of construction lines to help me visualize, so this is an example of what i might do: http://puu.sh/5QWZq.png
using foreshortening and depth to make the shapes look 3D is basically what i'm getting at here, but i hope those pics help you understand what i actually mean by that so it doesn't just sound like i'm throwing artist-y buzzwords around!
