A rather Disney-influenced version of my character Sondrew Hayne. This young human musician generally performs with his gryphon best friend, Ballad Quill. (Ballad will probably be in the finished picture with him, but it's nice to give him a solo spotlight for once ). Unlike my recently-drawn superhero characters, those aren't muscles, they're puffy sleeves! Here, Sondrew is slightly older than in the rest of this album's pics, and is traveling around the kingdom, picking up some tendencies from his other friend, the (human) outdoorsman and former quest guide Master Sequiel.
