Earth Dragons on Ress's world like rocky places (naturally). They're built like tanks and that pebbly looking skin means that if they curl up tightly enough, you won't be able to distinguish between them and a mound of earth and rocks (unless you want to get that close). Males like the one you see above have really thick skulls so when they butt heads during rut, they don't crack them open. It is said that Male earth dragon skulls make excellent helmets.

And I'm sure some of you will be wondering... why are the wings so small? Well, Earth Dragons don't fly. That's right... a dragon that's DNF. Why? Because their bodies have modified themselves for climbing. They have feet like geckos that are naturally adhesive. This provides traction for the especially slippery rocks they might encounter as well as better grip on rock walls. Therefore, their wings became less used and more... vestigial things. Wings are used in attracting mates during mating dances.
