Another commission from da~ This was was real fun to work on especially the BG XD I love my acrylic brush~

A chibi commission for Tria04@dA: of her cat sona pouncing on a fish plushie~

Gosh this was a lot of fun ahhh I think I enjoyed doing the fishy and background way too much XD hehe I still love my acrylic brush it works so well for BGs~ I didn't really mean to while doing it but now that I look at the moon it looks like moonstone! Must've been some sort of subconscious thing I did or something o: The BG isn't quite circular but I think I like doing them by hand better than with PS's tools; the circles seem too sharp and perfect when I use PS to draw them o3o Feels more natural with just a big brush in SAI~ lol I hope Petria doesn't look too bright orange? I used the colours basically off of the ref pic but I think the shading make her look even more orange for some reason XD

I'm getting happier with my shading these days which is awesome I think since shading was always the part that I felt was the weakest since my lineart always seemed to be nice but my shading would ruin stuff XD
