From a design trade secret santa I took part in a while back. Was an interesting experience, first time doing a secret santa type thing. Not sure if I'll do one again though.. organization wasn't the best >w>;

A sharpei with a alligator/croc tail, a scarf based off ugly christmas sweaters, and dreidel shaped bumps on the tail XD
Story of the design was that he's fueled by holiday spirit which becomes that light in his tailtip. It's like his food and keeps him warm so he can be outside in the snow without getting cold and stuff~ If there's low holiday spirit then the light fades and he has to find food and shelter like a regular dog would.
I may make a chara sorta inspired by the same idea with the light on the tail later~
