Young unicorns have a hard time controlling their powers, the snowglobe could be removed if she wanted to. Once she learned how to control her magic, the frost will never be a problem. Her love for ribbons and decorating flourished as a filly and from there; her mastery came to be. She can make any bow, any ribbon in any size.

Physical attributes: Slightly Cold to the touch, will vary depending on season - most cold in winter of course. "snow globe" around tail. Hair curls for style. She also smells softly like peppermint!
