A picture of Kai the dog I did for nightshade11 as part of an art trade. Now, nightshade11 was so, so shy about his artwork and doing an art trade with me. He gave me his sketch and felt guilty. So, I lineart and coloured in his sketch to show how much I really liked it.

Here is what he did for me

Kai is just starting to get into art, and has been a big fan of mine for a LONG TIME. I mean, at EVERY convention I'm on an art stall at, Kai gets a picture. He's been doing that for years now.

So, when I saw he wanted to take a try at drawing, I wanted to make sure he felt he was supported from the start, and having an artist he really respects help him can be such a boost!

That's what being in an art community is all about, supporting each other. Everyone deserves a chance to be recognized for their effort, and have people they can approach to ask things about.
