Where this villain, can be found, a trademark impromptu balloon usually isn't far away. Nell didn't know this nor likely care. But if she didn't know folks could be inflated before, she's getting first hand experience that Wick's words should be taken seriously. Those fangs and tongue of the hers making for a surprisingly effective lock for that hose - surely being one of the few things that the Obstagoon wishes she wasn't so naturally amazing at.
