Wicklow is in a pretty good place; under the name of Upsurge he has been able to make a living through merchandise sales. His growing popularity with some members of the public has been quite spectacular. His fans might not condone his villainous actions, but his charisma makes it hard for them to despise him entirely. When he goes head-to-head with heroes and other villains, it’s always an entertaining time.

Time for an impromptu meet and greet though; Wick’s found that he doesn’t need to plan too far ahead for these sorts of things - usually grabbing some nearby “volunteers” does the trick. Trent and Alt found out firsthand why Upsurge keeps air tanks nearby when he’s setting up his merchandise stalls.
