an oc of mine, i never drew her before but she’s old, concept wise

those stones on her neck were cut from the heads of dragons, they contain their souls that she captured and imprisoned within them, and so she controls their powers, too.

she’s a villain from a story i have, where a couple of kids, through some bullshit that happens, die and their souls enter the last pair of dragons that exist, which she hunts down. it ends with the kids turning her magic back around on her and trapping her in a stone of her own.
