This guy has gone through many incarnations.
This one is him as Vae before he casts it aside to hide among the rest of the world, looses his antlers and wings. The Vae's rule is absolute and only given to females, however exceptions - like himself - exist.

He has a twin brother who's highlights are silver rather than gold.
