The "Uucig" hail from the far west, a mixed band of sell-swords and soldiers-for-hire that crossed the ocean in order to capitalise on the expeditions to the Old World. Tales of the site at Gosslith have spoken of a gateway to lands where the gods once stood and the ancient artifacts brought back from beyond these gates were told to be priceless. The Uucig mercenaries now offer their services to merchants, rulers and noble familes that seek what riches the lost lands have to offer. All of this in exchange for a portion of all spoils secured during their campaigns, be it valuable treasures discovered under their escort, to whatever's plundered during raids made on other explorer parties.
