FA's SpecOpsDragon wanted an icon that displayed his character using his ability to slow and stop time all together...

I like how this one turned out... No one has asked for a clock themed one before. However... I do regret that I failed to realize how much the detail would be crushed down into a 100 by 100 image... which loses a lot of his blinking action. Oh well.
