As you might have guessed, this is Leo's companion, Leo Minor! He's the guardian of Leo's treasure hoard, and can take control of the lion statue that stands in front of it. His spirit is often sleeping inside of it when he is not with Leo. She often calls him "Mini" to avoid the naming confusion.

Design wise he is based on Egyptian pharaohs to match the treasure theme, with the headpiece meant to mimic a lion's mane. His blue accents are meant to compliment the orange in Leo's design too. c':
