I was out in the Nature, north of Berlin, taking fotos of newborn burds. I had good luck finding the quite rare one.
Its a tercel Western Marsh Harrier (Circus aeruginosus). It carriers a single reed for his nest.
You cant see it in the pic, but it was raining cats and dogs, making taking pics very difficult, affecting image quality alot. Compare here:

That species certainly has an interesting color pattern on its wing feathers.
